Each signer must be present at the signing and present a valid form of identification from the list below:

• A driver's license or non-driver's identification card issued by the State of Georgia, another state, a territory of the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
• A U.S. Passport
• A foreign passport stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
• U.S. Military identification card for active duty personnel, retirees, or dependents.
• Permanent Resident or "green" identification card issued by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
